In a nutshell? Figuring out:
- Is your money being spent in an effective manner?
- Does your website direct traffic to the right places?
- Are you targeting the right search terms?
- Is your paid advertising effective or would the money be better spent somewhere else?
What does this cost me?
Analysis is the most important part of any online campaign and is the bulk of the work we do for you. Any online advertising you do, whether it is just building a website, or a full SEO campaign, includes a significant amount of Analysis. Actually posting an ad or working with third parties to boost your SEO costs money but takes very little time on our part. Figuring out how and where to do these things is the technical and time-consuming part. In general, the Analysis portion of your online campaign is 30-40% of your budget. So, if you were to spend $1500 per month for an online campaign that included a $300 Yelp Ad and the rest for SEO (because we helped you determine this is what you need), we would spend about $720 on services and $380 would be the management fee.
How do I know what is going on?
Every month you will receive a hand written analysis by Call Ollie, explaining how things are going. You will also receive detailed reports for your records that will contain way more information than you actually want to read. The detailed reports show a wealth of data… all sorts of things from a simple “site visit” count, to a more in depth analysis of where every visitor on your website came from, what they clicked on, and how long they spent. If you are doing paid advertising you will receive data on how many people found your site from the ad and whether or not they turned into a client.
